Actually I agree with this.As a responsible person,At the first we should have the confident to Acknowledge the problem.That is a great quality of a sucessful leader.But If we do only acknowledging,That is not working.So we should take necessry actions..But the special thing is How we react in front of the problem.With my planning expertise,I had to plan to conduct some lectures in my faculty by contacting with lecturer..But I was mistakenly unable to arrange that lecture..But anyhow I found a free time to us and lecturer to conduct that lecture within 10 minutes with contacting other departments.The lecturer apreciated me and she forgot mistake.

Yes indeed..Silence and the thinking is the better way to thousand of milestones in the journey..Think calm and quiet.Thus time provides you to relax your mindset and think again about the best solution.This also kind of a meditation.As my experiences,I used to write all the things which are coming my mind.Even though the techonology is well- developed..Writing is needed for humans.Writing means we release slowly our thoughts..In this kind of situation,understand the situation and write all the things comes in your mind..Then calm and quiet,gradually go for the best resolution.

Actually this is true..If we get backward with failures" how can we win".Alwaysmy motivation is the more and more failures are the key for the success.At the first,I contributed as a financial team member and content writer in a project team..But I had many failures with that positions.But I never gave up.I contributed many more projects.Currently I'm contributing five projects related with Environmental Sustaianability.I'm the one who respinsible to handle them and take corrective actions for them.How far I've come..Because of the confidence infront of failures.

In my experience there are two areas where events fail: 1). Not enough staffing and 2). Not enough resources. One of the most memorable failures I can remember was a wedding where there was not enough food. From laughter to tears - so quickly that our whole team did not see it coming!

I think another important thing is engaging each and every member in the project team.Sometimes we meet free riders as team members.First of all,We should clarify the responsibility of each team member and if there is any problen in that relevent area that responsible team members can take decisions and corrective actions easily.Taking daily evaluations are also needed for the success of a project
