Whilst having a diverse set of people to give you feedback can be extremely helpful to gain the difference in perspective, what you really need is a few people with experience in speaking that aren’t going to be afraid to critically assess your current position and tell you straight how it is. The last thing you need is someone to sugarcoat or be fluffy about where you could be better. After that it’s all about practice and being mindful. The next 5 times you speak, build their feedback into the structure of your talk and by the 6th time you won’t actively have to think so hard about it and will do it more naturally.
