Die KI ist sehr rational und kann anhand von Mustern genau sagen, was ein Mensch gut kann und was nicht. Ebenfalls kann sie die Interaktionen zwischen den Individuen bewerten und klassifizieren. Was der KI ist jedoch fehlt, ist oft das menschliche. Sie kennt oft nicht die Vorgeschichte, eventuelle kulturelle Unterschiede usw. Deswegen ist diese Rationalität oft auch sehr gefährlich, da sie sehr trocken und frei von jeglicher Empathie und jeglichen Gefühlen ist, welche jedoch in vielen Situationen für Menschen essentiell sind.
