Daneben gilt es auch kontinuierlich neue Situationen zu schaffen, um das Abtauchen in den Hintergrund des Meetings zu verhindern. Hier kann der Sitzkreis genutzt werden, der eine offenere Gesprächssituation schafft und das Verstecken zum Beispiel hinter einem Laptop verhindert.
