A mi me ha funcionado muy bien las llamadas grupales adonde se revisan avances. Aqui es donde podemos ver la dinámica de trabajo en equipo. Se desafian los cursos de accion y en conjunto se analiza si las propuestas se pueden mejorar. Adicionalmente debemos tener llamadas 1 a 1 con cada miembro del equipo en donde daremos feedback directo. Siempre funciona pedir feed a nuestros colaboradores. Nos permite mejorar como lideres y crear una cultura de trabajo abierta

Es muy importante que cada miembro del equipo comprenda como impacta su trabajo en el objetivo de su co equiper y por consecuencia en el objetivo final. Hay algnas maneras de ayudar a esta comprension. El cross training siempre es bueno para comprender como impacta el trabajo de uno en el de otro. Tambien es muy bueno implementar la metodologia de interdependencias. Estas interdependencias deben impactar en la calificacion de cada empleado Y por ultimo pero no menos importante; cuando trabajamos en un proyecto e el que participan muchas areas siempre hay que comenzar con los diagramas de flujo describiendo donde entra cada area y el estado de cada una. Eso es bien grafico y ayuda a comprender el impacto de cada uno

From my experience one way you can foster camaraderie in remote teams during product innovation is to regularly highlight milestones, wins and achievements. This small but simplest to show your team that you appreciate their efforts and paying attention to the work that's being done which can be difficult to do when working remote.
