A really useful but often under utilized tool for Live Event experts is just simply attending others live events. The importance of this is it allows you to see how others do similar events and to get new ideas for your own. If you see something at an event you love such as a particular lighting set-up, don't be afraid to reach out to the event organizer or production team to network and learn how they did it. Typically, they are always happy to share.

Incorporating mentoring and coaching into your continuing education strategy can provide personalized guidance and support. Engaging with experienced mentors allows you to gain insights from their extensive knowledge and experience in the field.
