When there is change in the business, it is nice to accept it blindly, but it is more valuable and noticed more if you ask the "why" behind it. Why are we changing this procedure, product? It shows more interest and willingness to learn what management is thinking. It also allows you to add on to the change. You might come up with an idea that enhances the change.
