It's a great idea to have a manager meet snd share these problems with new and experienced staff. Sometimes experienced staff get an opportunity to learn from the experience of others.

A presença de alguém mais experiente, que já vivenciou a época dos eventos com menos tecnologia pode ser interessante para dar o apoio necessário num eventual momento de dificuldade.
