A leadership dilema, not easy to solve. Ambidexterity, is a quite difficult organizational capability to developed, and urgent at the same time. While organization´s operations should continue improving and providing benefits, at the same time they need to stablish an organisim to innovate, recreate, be ahead and find new ways and sources of doing business and serve customers. Is like foster an internal startup, to disrupt the same organization.
