I actually love this question and formula because it’s flawed. You can make this formula work in your favour or not. Negative figure and want to inflate? Add in video views as an engagement or other clicks. Want to make less favourable use impressions (accounts severed or multiple views) instead of reach (unique views of content.) Slightly cheeky response to say that engagement rate components should be linked directly to objectives, don’t use an out of box standard definition and most of all apply consistently.
