Hier wurde schon viel Gutes geschrieben, es gilt immer voranzugehen und nur das zu fordern, was man selbst bereit ist zu investieren oder zu tun. 1.) Wenn Du nicht an das Unternehmen glaubst, auch in unruhigen Zeiten, wer soll es dann tun? 2.) Wenn Du nicht bereit bist, auch einmal ohne Ertrag die extra Meile zu gehen, wer dann? 3.) Wenn Du keinen Weg aus den unruhigen Wassern siehst, darfst Du nicht aufgeben, Hilfe annehmen ist keine Schwäche. Wie so oft, ist ein guter Leader es dann, wenn es holprig wird. Bei schönen Wetter kann das jeder etwas besser. Also Regenjacke anziehen, Gummistiefel überziehen und nochmal eine Schippe drauflegen. Anstatt den Kopf in den Sand zu stecken, heißt es nochmals deutlich mehr leisten. Keep running!
