Each week the "Managers" should take time in individual or group meetings to find out the following: Tell me about something you learned this week. Tell me what motivated you this week. Share and promote these feelings, ideas and thoughts. We are all human and require input and feedback to be able to perform at the highest level. Anyway, just my thoughts from real experience.
