We also have added a life insurance plan for each employee as part of our standard base compensation package. I would add that in order to make forecast adaptive, there must be automatic data flows to refresh the broader organisational changes, so that planners can focus on those changes and re-forecast when such changes arise. This can also be called risk and opportunity approach to forecasting, or in other words, continuously adjusting the baseline based on favorable and unfavorable external factors that show up.
