In today's fast-paced world, adapting to change is crucial, & creativity, driven by curiosity, is key. Embracing curiosity means exploring new ideas & challenging the status quo. Take the invention of the car. Before its existence, the idea was unimaginable & faced resistance. Yet, through perseverance & belief, innovators made it a reality. Now, we can’t imagine life without cars. This teaches us not to fear new ideas. Curiosity drives innovation, & while innovation often meets doubt & failure initially, it ultimately leads to success. Just because something hasn’t been done before doesn’t mean it won’t work. So, be curious. Explore the unknown. Believe in your ability to create & innovate.

Ein offener Mindset ist die Grundlage, um mit Neugier und Freude an der Erfahrung durch die (Geschäfts-)Welt zu gehen. Neugier und Offenheit ist eine innere Haltung. Collaborative thinking should never be confused with group think. The individuals coming to the table must feel safe to speak up and make their voices heard. They should feel empowered to bring their creative ideas to the table, openly discuss concerns, and be willing to engage in healthy debate, otherwise the exercise is futile. Egos & titles should be set aside for the good of the project and the organization. Individuals should be willing to see themselves as equal to their counterparts for purposes of exploring creative thinking & productive dialogue, no matter where they are positioned in the organizational chart.

However, I always consult my team to ensure my ideas are technically realistic, financially feasible, & compliant with safety regulations. Verschiedene Perspektiven zu hören bzw. auch selbst einzunehmen und sich dazu zu öffnen, sind unabdingbar für eine ganzheitliche, mehrdimensionale Lösung. Die eine Möglichkeit ist ein diverses Team in die Entscheidungsfindung einzubinden. Auch sich anhand von der eigenen Vorstellungskraft einen imaginären Beraterzirkel vorzustellen und nacheinander mental in die jeweiligen Rollen zu schlüpfen und deren Perspektiven einzunehmen, ist ein mächtiges Tool, um weitere Perspektive als nur die eigene zu erfahren. Was wenn alles möglich ist? Was wenn alle Zeit der Welt zur Verfügung steht? Was wenn die Finanzierung gegeben ist? Was wenn ein "Nein" nicht die Lösung ist? Wie würden die Parteien dann entscheiden, jeder aus seiner Perspektive heraus?

Es ist ja selten der Fall, dass wir nur mit dem Finger schnipsen müssen und unser Kreativitätsmotor ist an. Rituale sind wichtig, um ins kreativ arbeiten zu finden und in einen Flow zu kommen. Rituale sind ein bewusster Vorgang, im Gegensatz zu Routinen. Rituale sind z.B. bewusst einen anderen Ort als das eigene Büro/eigenen Schreibtisch aufzusuchen, um kreativ zu sein. Bei Rituale sind häufig Kopf UND der Körper involviert, wie z.B. bei dem neuseeländischen Haka. Oder so wie ich es mache und auch meinen Klienten empfehle vor Terminen, die Lieblings-Musik zu hören (über Kopfhörer) und dazu zu tanzen oder aktiv zu bewegen für ein paar Minuten, um den Energielevel zu heben, sich positiv + neu auszurichten und aus dem Alltag zu lösen.
