But there is two types of diversity, one that we can see, race, gender, age etc. The other type of diversity that is equally if not more important is deep diversity. This refers to diversity in beliefs, values and perspectives, we can't see this type of diversity but it contributes immensely to our business's success, especially in an evolving industry like fintech. Your team should contribute their unique perspectives and ideas, it leads to innovative solutions. Otherwise, by the time you launch, needs will probably have changed, and your product won't be as effective as intended.
