Admission requirements

In case you do not hold a previous Flemish degree, or depending on your educational background or the programme you are interested in, you may need to go through an additional admission before you can register. As such, it is crucial that you check the admission requirements beforehand.

Registration procedure

Has your application been approved? Then you can follow these registration instructions.

Online registration

I am holder of a Flemish degree that gives direct access to my programme of interest.

Initiate your pre-registration by arranging for a KU Leuven account that allows you to start up your online enrollment. You can do this at home.

Please keep in mind that this is only a pre-registration. Your registration isn't finalised yet.

Already started up your pre-registration?

You can continue your registration by logging in again in the application.

Finalise your registration

You can register online or on campus by appointment for 2024-2025 starting as of 16 August 2024.

Check your campus page below for practical information.
