I have tried all the methods people said in this Thread.

The only one that works is, 10 Steps when the bells come.
all other Methods didn't work, (This is the 2nd Run)
First run worked as
Method 1: 10 Steps after the Bells
Method 2: Pause Game and yell (Triggers 2nd Baby Laugh)
Method 3: R3 On Phone, Wait for Vibration to Finish)
2nd Run. Method 2 is not working.
A Live Stream "Let's All See" will see all you guys that Watch and comment all Methods that has worked.
Did Hideo Kojima said that we should all do it together? Well my guess would be as he mention Live Streaming is one of the ways? I don't remember exactly what he said, but it's been floating everywhere, SO.... Does it require viewers? does it requires comments? I don't know, it's just wild guesses that i wouldn't take into debate.
