When you are lower in life points than your opponent, the music becomes frantic, implying you're doing something wrong. If you're life points are higher, the music becomes serene, implying you have the advantage.

The problem: People win duels in YGO by having card advantage - not life advantage.

If anything, it should be.

+3 F/H Advantage = good music
-3 F/H Advantage = bad music

Easiest way for the AI to decide to play the danger music is when you're down or up in LP. Plus it's way more dramatic to play the danger music when you're down 5000lp instead of turning it on when your opponent has a good F/H but you're both even in lp.
