Need Help! [SPOILER]

Hey there! This is the first time playing a Man Hunt game..so im a beginner..I'm stuck..it's sad because it's the beginning of the game..well i barely made it out of the asylum and im stuck trying to get in the house where im suppose to take a drug to "clear" my head. Im suppose to find a weapon to help but the only weapon i found is a pair of pruning shears..waqt do i do?

basically just sneak up behind someone with whatever crappy weapon you have and stealth kill them. then when theyre dead , take their weapon. Simple hope that helped...
