Assuming you're referring to the one in HP 5-7, it's behind the snake in the final battle between Harry and Voldemort.

In HP 1-4, you had to complete a bonus level after finishing the main game to get Voldemort.

I am in HP 1-4. All the bonus levels are in Gringotts. That character token is the last thing I need to complete the game but there is no bonus level 11 in Gringotts. It only goes to 10. (And I've already done all of those more than once a piece).

There is one more bonus level in borgin and burkes in knockturn alley. Once you have completed the game and all the other bonus levels and you have 200 gold bricks you need to go back to borgin and burkes and build the doorway.Complete that level and you will recieve the voldemort token.Hope this helps!
