Is this a fake copy?

Hi everyone, so I found a copy of both CoO and GoS for really cheap that I'm planning to buy, but there are a couple of things that bother me. First, the box is not the usual large, plastic one, but a smaller one that barely fits the UMD and is made of cardboard. Second, the white casing in both games doesn't have neither the psp nor the controller logo I've seen in my other games.
So, is this a fake? a refurb maybe? I can try them out since the seller is nearby, but I'm afraid that even if they work at first I'll have problems down the road.
