Is there a God of War game that has no gore or extreme violence?

I like the overall concept of the game, but I really hate the gore and body dismemberment. Is God of War Ascension the least violent or the most violent??

Does even have the option to turn off the gore on the main menu??

No, if you want limited or no blood, sex, gore, and violence GOW probably isn't the series for you.

No there is no non-violent version and hopefully there never will be. This is God of War, not God of Squeamishness.

Dude grow the f up. In the real if you are swinging axes at high speed to people your bound to see more gore than in this game. Actually i hate other games because their lack of reality in the gore section.
