Does anyone know a way to get rid of inquisitors, they are literally ruining my campaign. Every time i play as the Holy Roman Empire, My best generals are executed, even my General that is leading a crusade is executed. If anyone has tips, please do tell

First Welcome!
Second you didn't choose the right faction to start with they are the faction from the start that as only 2 stars on 10 of a good relationship with the Pope.
Inquisitors, your best bet is to train yourself a good assassin do kill them off.

or better yet play as the papal states so you cant get burned but you can burn other people

You have to go play around with the program files...I don't remember the exact route to get to that file but its not that hard...
With patch 1.2, generals on crusading armies cant be killed by inquisitors
