Theres a way to be the Papal States?
I saw a video on Youtube with someone playing as the Papal States. Sorry if this questions been answered, but can someone please tell me?

Yes there is a way but I won't tell yah j/k.


There is a way but if you play a campaign with them you will see that it will be a long and boring campaign because even if you attack catholic factions the won't retaliate and you will be able to rule the word fast and easy... IMO there is nothing gratifying in that.

If you still want to play as them try to go on the TWcenter.com they have alot of things there

wait can you tell me a good site to get the patch from?
i cant seem to find an efficient one

there s no patch just go to:
C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign and open the descr_start.txt and modify the non playable papal states to the playable
