How to win more Respect points?

I've been playing SRS and i'm stuck in the "NITROXTREME CHALLENGE"
I got almost all the gorls from respect challenges and i have 68000 points of respect
and i need to go to 71000 & 77000 to play the other races!
How can i won more respect points???????????????!!!
