how do you fire the assualt armor?

Im sitting here trying to get this to work but all i end up doing is boosting and changing weapons, how do i use it?

Well, first you need an Over Boost unit that supports Assault Armor. Then, just hit both of your weapon switch buttons and the OB button at the same time.

Here's a list of the OB units that can use AA.
- GAP-AO/CG
- I-RIGEL/AO
- KRB-PALLAS
- KRB-JUDITH
- KRB-LAHIRE
- KRB-SOBRERO
- ARGYROS/AO

I think I might have messed up on one of the names, but that looks right to me. Edit: Just a reminder, though. AA enabled OB units sacrifice most of their OB power in return for their AA capability. Regular OB units allow greater mobility, but AA units offer versatility.

I have only tried using it during the tutorial and fail so badly at it.

I assumed the weapons equipped then would support it seeing as that would be the point of teaching us how to use it at that part of the game.

how do i get the listed parts? I cant find them in the shop and never got them from a mission

but not the others

Have you finished the Order Matches (aka Arena)? I'm sure you unlock some parts by finishing that. If not, the rest will unlock during your second play through.
