I haven't personally misseda flight, but I have come very close, they were about to close the jet way as I was approaching.

But what about the rest of you? Have you been more or less lucky than me?

Thankfully no. There's been a connecting flight or two that came really close due to first leg delays.

Yes, a connecting flight on a layover.

The restaurant wouldn’t bring us our bill, and then wouldn’t bring back our credit card after paying and somehow our flight left 15 minutes early. Spent the night in the Detroit airport waiting for a 5:30 flight to Tennessee. It was a work trip and the whole thing was a mess.

My coworker thought I was overreacting about it. Awful experience.

We've had connecting flights cancelled on us... but I don't remember ever missing one due to being late. We've had some close calls though when flights were delayed.
