My personal favourite is the Dubstep gun especialy with the Explosive Wubs upgrade. Because the combination of explosions, mahem and dubstep is amazing.

Easily the 'Murica gun. Being able to switch from that many offensive threats tickles my Judge Dredd funnybone. Close second is the rectal blaster, the one where you shove it up an enemy's @$$ and launches him off of it.
