Akira Kazama made it. What are the chances of Rival Schools returning too?

I was surprised to find that out that Street Fighter 5's last season (supposedly) included Akira Kazama from the Rival Schools Franchise. I thought, "Is there a chance that Rival Schools could return as a prominent fighting game?" Honestly, I was excited but also cautious about asking this question. I decided to explain my reasoning for the subject in an article that I made, discussing values of presentation, game mechanics, story, and inclusions that would bring life back to the Rival School series. I would greatly appreciate comments and feedback on my take towards an old series in the present generation of fighting games.
