Its a big quality jump compared to the first two games. The characters are finally interesting, especially Jonah. In the previous games I missed that. I really liked that a lot of underwater segments are in this and looks really nice. My problem was that there wasnt enough shooting combat, and at half of the game I was already burned out of the exploration and maybe the story is too rushed in the end.

This game does not deserve that hate it got, I think its a decent one, but yes it has problems.
First of all the game nonstop interupts you, and stops you to move. It was really frustrating that I couldnt move because they talked a bit.
In the beginning Frey's behaviour was too much I think, but later she gets more likable character. The problem is not with her, but the writing, because she doesnt give a damn about Athia till the final chapters. So it was problematic to connect with her as a player 2/3 of the story.
About the story, its not a spoiler. I still dont understand why she wanted to go back to New York that much where she had nothing, in Athia she was finally able to do something in her life, but no, she said fukk this. It has zero logic because she wanted to escape from NY too. Overall I liked the story, the characters and for me it was a good journey. The dlc was also good but about 1-2 hour to beat..
The map was too damn big compared to the story routes, and you dont get side story missions, or npcs on the map, so the only reason to explore this ridiculously big map are the hundreds of side activities which are really repetitive. The terrain was easy on the story route but difficult to exploring other areas so you have to plan routes on the map a lot of time, and I didnt like in this game where the traversing is the fun part.
The abilities are really fun, and a lot, you can do so much in a combat that I have never seen in this kind of games. The problem is you get most of those in the second half of this short game. I think its a problem, after I beat the game I went try out new abilities, but then I wasnt that motivated because the story has ended. Well written side story missions were missing badly. I think the open world and possibilities were way too much than the game gives you in content.
Overall you need to understand how the abilities work and its a fun game, but dont expect much.

Somehow the gameplay was not as good as the previous game def edition. On the other hand the story was better. The level design was not good again. The platforming was bad also, plenty of times I did a jump and died but after that I did the same jump that worked...so yeah little bit dated mechanics. Its clear now Lara doesnt need any crew members on a mission, this time we only had one and guess what? I had to go back and save him...I like Jonah but he is not helping us, so stay home bro. I really hope in shadow of the TR Im not running around saving everyones ass, if Jonah comes with us I really want some character involvement or something.
Blood ties dlc - its a really short dlc. The document browsing is confusing sometimes. I didnt care that much about Laras backstory to be honest but its a good dlc if you want to know about her and read about the lore a lot.
Overall its a good game again, but I hope the next one is not that similar like the first two.

This game is fun to play, really good fast paced action game. Basically its uncharted but with Lara. I liked the music, some cool cinematics and it has a bit of horror vibe too in some areas which was okay. I didnt feel that I want to explore in this I just went with the flow of the game and I had a great time.
But I didnt like that the crew members were hopeless...every time I saved somebody another one went missing I mean come on...And the story was a bit disappointing, they just want to escape from the beginning, the exploration is only because they want to get out of there. I dont know..for me it was more of an action-horror story than a tomb raider story.

I think this dlc is the best dlc I have ever seen in any game. It worth the high price believe me, the map is so big it is almost a sequel game. My only problems are first of all the frame rate with some bosses, and the camera cant follow these big bosses in those small places, especially in the 2nd phase where they do the crazy stuff. And I dont spoiler the name but the last boss 2nd phase I think was just frustrating and unfair...I beat that fukker after 3 days of trying. Overall I was having a blast with this dlc and I recommend it very much.

Its like the main game in a new but similar map, after a few years you have to kill a few more people...for me it was disappointing that its nothing new. I was level 36 for this and having trouble with the 40-45lvl mobs, so I recommend lvl 40 to start. Oh and Ayas new look was really cool and nice btw.

Its an okay game, but I had some problems with it. Lets start with the positives, I liked the ancient Egypt setup, the graphics of the water, and the main story, and the character Aya.
And the negatives. The main story is okay but if you have to keep up with the level so basicly the game force you to farm xp because otherwise you will be an easy target, and best way to do it is doing a lot of boring side missions or side activities and those are taking a lot of time. Because of it at about half of the game I was already bored of it, I wasnt enjoying the game just want to beat it. Of course you can buy levelling up to 45 and you wont have this problem, so yeah it is ubisoft...Another problem is Bayek was an okay character but not for the main role, Aya had way more passion, I think she should be the main character. Oh and the biggest joke was the girl who see this story in the present, those parts gave nothing to the story, I didnt even care just getting back to that machine every time and continue the story. The enemies are the same and combat is too repetitive because of it.
I can recommend it for those who liked witcher3, or just a big fan of ancient egypt, but as a game I think its nothing special.

Omg I loved this game. First of all it has the best graphics in the genre imo and it has very good music and art style. As a game it was a 10/10 for me because it was so smooth and fun, everything was clear what to do, or where to go, but still complex in a way. You can max out plenty of weapons, legion arms and you can switch play styles if you want, its a fun game not a try hard game.
BUT...yes I know it is the down side also, because people like these games to be an unforgiving difficult unfair HELL. And if I have to be honest I was overlevelled early, but I didnt go farming ergo at all so its not my fault... Like I said it was a 10/10 game for me but not the best game in the genre I have played. The levels were too simple and maybe there could have been more enemies on the way or less ergo because it was too easy to level up stats and too easy to do progress, but this time I was down for not being bad at this.

Well im not that big fan of robocop but I gave it a try. For me this game was not good. I found the story boring and there were a lot of stupid moments, stupid side quests, boring or annoying dialogs, terrible shooting but sometimes satisfying, movement soo slow that I almost fell asleep a few times and im not joking here. The boss in the end was wtf...good luck with that.
I recommend it only for the fans, because I think if this game is not about robocop then its a disaster, but for example spiderman games would be good even if its not spiderman in it because thats a fun game to play.

Clunky game, but the story is so fast paced and the characters are interesting that I couldnt stop playing it. It has this postapocalyptic vibe where you loot, craft, take down enemies and I like that. The dlc is worth playing too.
If you are a terminator fan its a must have, and if you dont mind the dated gameplay just wanna have some fun after a hard game then you will love it.

For me it was the most frustrating soulslike game I have played.
This game wants you to suffer, every step you have to face 6 melee mobs and 2 archers at the same time and of course they come at you from the most suprising places. Why the hell are there so many archers, even the bosses are mostly cowards with cheap long ranged attacks. You have only a few hp flasks for hundreds of enemies.
First half of the game is too hard I think, that fire area or the congregator of flesh boss is too early, so are those "fire machinegun" attacker mobs, god I hated those.
The loot is weird too, you can find a lot of weapons but the upgrade shards are really rare to find, I could max out only one weapon, and its the same with the hp flask upgrade
The combat has also issues, I swear there were hundreds of hits which were supposed to be count but not. Worst lockon system I have seen, enemies can hit you from places where you cant hit them back.
Skip bug, texture bugs everywhere, frame rate drops, game crashes, stucking into objects.
The umbral thing I hated that...it was fun to explore hidden paths with it but the infinite enemies with a time limit made it frustrating for me, I think there shouldnt be the enemies from the real world there nor red eye.
The level design is crap I think, way too many routes and easy to lost your way, and of course there are hundreds of mobs too. After the second beacon I was clueless how to find the other 3, I had to google it.
Overall maybe its a good game for the pros, but for the average skilled souls players like me its clearly not.

My idea was to beat this game before the new one, well it was a bad idea. This game is a pain to play in 2024, this is garbage. Even in 2014 I think there were way better games in the genre, Im just sick of this 10 fps pile of vomit game.

I played it on ps5 ver1.04 with Edward. I mean he is a detective with a cool hat, yeah that was the reason. I heard its a little bit different with Emily but meh...I didnt feel I want a new playthrough.
The game is very similar to the Alan Wake games, good story, bad gameplay. I dont know if its a remake of the old game made in 1992 or not, but it has a price like new games, and lets be honest here, even if its a good game it just doesnt worth that price. Actually I liked the story and the game till the 4th chapter, after that things get compicated and rushed and I got some "wtf should I do" moments even with the help. But overall I liked this detective-horror feeling. Another important thing is the combat, well that is god awful really really bad, and the movement too, so it has this "old game" feeling and like I said a game with this price shouldnt be like this.
The worst parts for me were running from dark man, safe codes, that little bug enemy, and the boss fight. Well maybe its a lot in a 10 hour game.
The best parts were the characters, puzzles, music, the mystic story, and somehow I liked exploring the house.
Btw I had one crash, and I stuck in an object two times which caused a game restart.
I dont know if I can recommend it, but if you liked the first Alan Wake then you will like this too I think.

First I have to tell that I liked the game, beat all side activities too. I think this was a good game but not great, it had potential to be great but it was not. It has lot of cool and epic moments, the controls felt really good. Music, performance, and the whole production is good. My main problem was that it was another spiderman mid story..I didnt expect more by the way, Im not a big fan of these spiderman stories to be honest. But this has too many silly and lame moments and decisions. This badass Kraven was a disappointing character, MJ parts were nonsense I dont even want to talk about how I feel about it, and Peter somehow for me was annoying, I dont know what happened, I played the first game last year and I though he was funny and cool in that, but here...he was cringe and boring for me. I like Miles more, and dont mind if he will be the only spiderman in the next games. But if the 3rd game will be this similar game again, I dont know if Im gonna buy that.
Again I have to say I enjoyed the whole game, even the boring side content. I say some positives too, the suits..omg...I think its the best variaty of clothes in a videogame I have played. The movements in travelling or in combat was so addictive, these were my fav part of the game.
Even if the story was meh, I recommend it, because its a good journey and it has fun gameplay.

For me the graphics, characters and dialogs were the best in this game, and maybe the best in any game I've played so far. I liked it more than the 2018 gow. Only cons are it gets a little bit repetitive, the enemies, the puzzles, the combat and the exploring too. And for me just when I found the combat boring after a while, the game gave me the spear weapon which I really liked so yeah it was okay again. Maybe the story could have more shocking moments, I dont know.. for me it was a bit too simple story, but the lore is really good. I was shocked btw that the crater map is optional and was like a 7 hour dlc, wow its insane they just give it to the players with the base game's price, and of course the actual dlc valhalla is free too. The journey till the end is really enjoyable, its a must have game for every ps user.

I got it few years ago with ps plus free game, so I gave it a try. It surprised me that it is actually a good game, and also that I beat this goofy looking game. Unique characters with good voice acting, not a bad story, some boss fights and lot of puzzles. It is getting addictive to do all the side quests, collecting bugsnax. There was good humor, and a good free dlc. I mean I didnt expect this much. No bugs, oh wait...:D So I definitely recommend it BRAAAAW.

Even after 1 year after the terrible release it still has lot of bugs and some game crashes, I understand why some players hate it. BUT this game is -at least for me- is one of the best. And I dont give many 10/10 rates, but for me it was a 10. The exploring is really satisfying and the story is really interesting. Some epic moments, and jokes here and there. The combat well, I had problems with especially because of the dodge mechanics, and also I didnt like the first given 3 stances. After I got the 4th and 5th stance and getting better with dodge it was better feeling to do, but still angry because the first game had better combat I think.
You should be patient with the game issues and you should keep exploring a lot. For me it was the reason it gave me a 10/10 experience. Be the the force with you!

Well the story and the characters are nothing special, but the whole game is pure fun to play. The weapon upgrades and the card abilities make this game really good. Also the graphics are really nice and polished, I just couldnt stop looking the detailes of every messed up places. The combat is dated mechanics but it has a lot of fun things to do so you dont mind that. Music and sounds very good.
Haus and Sola dlc I recommend both if you like the game then its a must have.
Overall I didnt expect this to be that good, but I recommend only if you dont mind the story is nothing serious, and want some mindless zombie killing in interesting places. I had a blast with it, so yeah try it out.
