The ICO’s annual survey helps measure the effectiveness of our public awareness initiatives year over year. The ICO has measured changes in public awareness of the PATI Act and the rights it creates since the 2015/2016 budget year. Since the initial 2016 survey, except for 2023 due to budgetary constraints, the ICO has continued to collect this data at the end of each fiscal year.
