GCP certificate Not received

I have completed my GCP security Engineer Certificate on June 19 2024 but not yet received certificate.

 

Raised support case but getting same generic response from their auto response mail.

Please any one can help on this to get my certificate or any portal can I check my certificate?

 

I completed my exam in Kryterion webassessor platform and result said pass.

I have completed my GCP Associate Cloud Engineer Exam on June 29 2024. but not yet received certificate.Contacted support no response yet.Have you received the certificate?
