I have tried to change my email address several times, but never succeeded, even though every time I changed it, I got a message telling me that it had been changed successfully.
Would anyone like to help me? Many thanks.

Please review the Community Account Support article, within that article it states to complete a form if you are needing to change your email address for your community account.
