Hello everyone,

AppSheet will be conducting service maintenance starting Sunday May 19th, 2024 at 12PM (7pm UTC) and completing no later than 4pm PDT (11pm UTC).   AppSheet Applications will remain usable for signed in users during this period of time, but the ability to edit applications and log in will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.

This is the first maintenance window since May 2023 and is required to improve AppSheet’s experience and reliability. We do apologize for any inconvenience!

We will be updating you on the status live in this thread.

Thanks,

Adam & the AppSheet Team

Dear Adam_Stevens, good evening! I would like to congratulate you for all your effort in providing us with all your attempts to improve APPSHEET.

However, as you can see in the screenshots and attached video, our application still continues to crash.

Our Android version is the latest, updated to: Version 14 (6.1)

I hope you can help us with this problem!

What are the improvements that you have add in Appsheet after this update?

We are facing the same issue.

Is there any maintenance planned for today (3 July'24) as well?

The Apps were working fine till yesterday, today all of them are showing 401 error and is unable to find the data source.

To fix the 401 error in AppSheet, follow these steps:

Verify credentials: Make sure you are using the correct credentials to access the app.

Check permissions: Check that the application has the necessary permissions to access the required resources.

Update security settings: It may be necessary to adjust security settings on the platform on which AppSheet is being used.

Review data connections: Verify that data connections are configured correctly and have the appropriate permissions.

If you are still experiencing the 401 error after following these steps, contact AppSheet Support for additional assistance.
