I am trying to add service account to customer-hosted Looker instances, but I am unable to login via SSO, if someone has tried adding service account to a customer-hosted instance, please do help.

Hi Diya!

Kindly confirm if you are using Looker or Looker Studio as product.

If you are using Looker Studio, this documentation might be a good start : Setup Google Cloud Service Account

If you could also attach some screenshots, this could be helpful to further investigate your issue!
