I know it was a primetime show, but on Knot’s Landing Lisa Hartman played too different characters, Ciji Dunne and look alike Cathy Geary Rush.

and on Dynasty Linda Evans played Krystle Carrington and her look a like Rita.

Yes, I think they were twins. this is how Janet was able to pose as Natalie and not have Trevor notice it until she got chicken pox. That said, I was a kid when I was watching so I could be wrong.
