Shift working on new PSP game

Ape Escape Academy developer hints at new minigame collection.

Comments

TOKYO--The developer of the upcoming PSP minigame collection Ape Escape Academy is already hard at work on its second PSP game, reports Sony's official Japanese PlayStation site. Shift, the company behind Devil Dice and Bombastic, has promised to use knowledge gleaned from its work on Ape Escape Academy to make its new game "more fun and interesting." And while the site gave almost no details about the upcoming game, Shift Executive President Yuichi Sugiyama said the two key words for it will be "light" (as in gameplay) and "oodles," which vaguely points toward another minigame collection, perhaps even something along the lines of WarioWare.
