Overwatch 2 x Transformers Collaboration Trailer Unites The Heroes Of Two Worlds

This week, the worlds of the Transformers and Overwatch 2 will collide in a new crossover collaboration. Overwatch 2 X Transformers will introduce skins based on three Autobot heroes: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Arcee. While we haven't seen the new skins in action yet, the new Overwatch 2 x Transformers trailer reveals which Overwatch heroes are getting a Cybertronian upgrade.

Blizzard's official site features an Overwatch 2 X Transformers comic that explains how these new alliances were formed. Megatron discovered the alternate world where Overwatch 2 takes place and reached out to Rammatra with an offer to provide him with Cybertronian technology far beyond his own. Essentially, Rammatra is now Megatron's avatar in this world. And once Optimus Prime, Arcee, and Bumblebee discover what Megatron has done, they searched for avatars of their own.

The Overwatch 2 X Transformers event will begin on July 9.
