Pokémon Developer Game Freak Working On Town, A New Turn-Based RPG
Although Game Freak is currently working on the Pokémon Let's Go games as well as a new iteration of the classic RPG series for Switch, today the company announced it is working on Town (that's a working title, by the way), a new turn-based RPG.
Town has you playing as a young adventurer charged with defending a small town from a series of monsters using what looks like a simple RPG battle system. You can also call in other townspeople to help you during combat. Between battles, you can also chat up citizens.
Town is coming sometime in 2019.
