West
From May 2020 to December 2022, Innovation Hub West was located in Helmond, the Netherlands at the Automotive Campus. An environment that had fully operational hybrid test beds and living labs for Dynamic Traffic Management, C-ITS, MaaS, automated driving and smart city solutions. In January 2023, Innovation Hub West offices moved to Amsterdam, a thriving city world-recognised for its cycling culture, efficient public transit, canals for water transport, car-free zones, ride-sharing options, innovation, integrated ticketing, green initiatives, and forward-thinking policies.
What do we do at IH West?
Innovation Hub West is dedicated to championing inventive solutions that enhance the movement of people, goods, and waste, thus elevating the overall liveability of European urban centers. Our primary goal is to accelerate the transition toward a sustainable paradigm of urban mobility.
Our commitment to enhancing the quality of life in EU cities is resolute, and we are particularly focused on addressing key challenge areas: Active Mobility, Future Mobility, Sustainable City Logistics, Mobility & Energy, and the Enrichment of Public Spaces. To bolster these efforts, we eagerly seek the involvement of industrial enterprises to assume leadership roles within our community.
