I applied for Biz Earner 100k before the July deadline & was approved for the credit but they’ve been dragging their heels accepting the address & verification I gave them. 100k offer has expired & I hope they still honor it.
I can’t believe the incompetence of Barclays/Wyndham. Like a few others down below, I signed up for the 100,000 point offer. The first statement only awarded 45,000 points and the following awarded 50,000 points. I submitted an SM to get the missing 5,000 points credited but received reply that just restated the 100,000 point offer terms back to me. I escalated to a manager who created a case and week later said that everything looks good on their end. Because my account had over 100,000 points in it (due to natural spend) then the offer must have worked just fine in their eyes. I am now on my 2nd level of escalation trying to get someone with a brain to do simple math and review the bonus points that were awarded. Why is this so difficult?
I ran into similar issues, them restating the terms, when I sent them a SM – if you haven’t called them yet and online tried to resolve this online, give them a call. I received better results that way and got my points – at least for tier 1, the first 50,000 points. I received the 5k pt difference.
Barclays is a horrible bank. They won’t let you email information to them everything has to be done through fax or mail….
now down to 45k bonus for earner+ and earner biz. earner is down to 30k

Sean X mentioned that the terms state
“These bonuses and/or incentives are intended for applicants who are not and have not previously been Wyndham Rewards Earner® cardmembers. You understand and agree that you may no longer be eligible for any bonuses and/or incentives in connection with a new Wyndham Rewards Earner® Card Account after this Card Account is opened. If you receive a bonus or incentive for which you are not eligible due to your status as a current or former Wyndham Rewards Earner® cardmember, we may revoke the bonus or incentive, or reduce your Points by the amount of the bonus or incentive or charge your Card Account for the fair value of the bonus or incentive, at our sole discretion.””
This does not appear to be systemically implemented, as P2 and I both have earned bonuses on these cards before, but received the bonus again in the last couple months.
What does 75K points get you at a Wyndham? For reference, we can get a room at Hyatt Place hotels for 15K Ultimate Rewards points transferred from Chase. Those can be cashed at 0.01/point, so a room at a very nice downtown hotel costs $150 w/ an upscale buffet breakfast.
Otherwise, our standard hotel preference is Fairfield Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, or the like.
Just did a quick search nearby and it’s 15k or 30k points per night depending on property. So at least two or up to five nights.
Received only 45K after completing the 4K spend in 90 days. This is for the business card. I think it should be 50K points. Sent them a message and waiting for their response.
I’m having the same issue. Only received 45K after 4K spend on business earner. I’m also pending response. (Approved for card on 4/17/24)
Same here. I don’t understand how they have not fixed this widespread issue yet.
Online customer service didn’t prove any help, but I eventually got a 5k credit to my card (to make me whole, from 45k to 50k) after I called them. The customer service rep on the phone didn’t know why this was happening either but just credited me.
Applied for Earner Business, pulled TU (783) in NC, no inquiries in past 12 months, and got instant approval with a 11K credit limit!
How do you have no inquires in the past months? I can’t go past 12 days without an inquiry.
My DP is consistent with 4 others I have found with some of them hitting both Tier 1 and Tier 2 (receiving 45k for Tier 1 spend and nothing for Tier 2) and some hitting only Tier 1 (receiving 45k and not 50k – most didn’t even realize until I asked them to check their statement).
Might be worth noting since you have a large reach that it appears Barclays has a global issue with this SUB at least for people who applied until late march – possibly after, no idea if they have corrected it yet for later applicants but a lot of people won’t even realize with the Tier 1 since it is 45k posting vs 50k which would be correct – and Tier 2 extends out a year so have fun fighting with Barclays for this after 10 or 11 months…

I can confirm this has affected my Earner Business account. Opened 3/15/24, met 15k spend shortly after. Only 45k bonus points awarded to date. My wife also opened the same type of account on roughly same timeline and met the tier 1 spend shortly after, only awarded 45k bonus points to date.
