To change your existing Core Membership plan, visit the Core Membership page and select the plan to which you want to upgrade. After selecting a billing cycle, you’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you will receive a one-time prorated discount.

The prorated discount is based on your Core enrollment date and selected Core Membership package price. DeviantArt will calculate the prorated amount you need to pay based on the difference between the cost of the two plans. The prorated discount is up to the amount of the future plan selected.

You will be charged a minimum price of $1.00 (USD) for your plan change. Please note that if the package or billing cycle you choose is worth less than the remainder of your current plan, you will not receive a refund.

Once you've made your selection, your current Core Membership will be removed, and the new plan and billing cycle will start from scratch. You can manage your Core Membership at any time from the Billing and Payments page.
