A really cute co-op right off of Prospect Park with low monthlies of just $842. It’s a one-bedroom, but you could easily turn the office into a small second bedroom. There are French doors throughout, giving the space a nice open feel. The kitchen needs some updating, but it’s bigger than your standard galley, which is nice.
