If you’re a Target fan, you might already know that Target has extended its Circle Week sale through July 20. The sale includes special deals for Circle members, so while you do need a membership to access the savings, it’s free to sign up (and there is a paid membership option with more perks for $99 per year as well).

There are so many offers to sift through that Consumer Reports’ experts are bringing you the highlights. It’s important to note that Target’s pricing tends to be pretty consistent with the offers you’ll find at other major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. In fact, we typically see fewer deals at Target on products we’ve tested than at other stores, and the Circle Week deals they’re promoting are mostly the same sale prices we’ve seen for weeks. So, it’s essential to do your research before buying to make sure you’re getting the best price. To that end, we’ve combed through the Circle Week sale and found a few deals that are truly exceptional, as well as reasonable sale prices on a handful of products tested in our labs and homes that offer good value and quality.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for right now, don’t worry. We’re keeping an eye on all the current sales at major retailers, So we’ll be updating this page as well as CR’s Deals Hub with the latest discounts.

The Vitamix 67991 immersion blender packs the typical brand power, backed by a three-year warranty. This 14,500-rpm stick has five speeds and blends yogurts better than it pureées soups. It features a black-and-stainless steel wand, easy-twist lock, two blades for smoothie ice crushing, and a scratch-resistant blade guard to protect your pots and pans from scratches.

    Still undecided?
CR's expert guidance and unbiased reviews can help you purchase with confidence.

The Ninja Twisti High Speed Duo’s intelligent programs and five push-button functions eliminate guesswork while blending or pulsing soups, smoothies, frozen drinks, spreads, and more. The 1,600-watt power blender has hybrid-edge chopping and crushing blades, a built-in twist tamper, and a removable drizzle cap that allows ingredients and ice cubes to be added while processing. If you like hearty soups and tasty smoothies, this slightly noisy blender might be for you.

The electronic controls and programmed settings on the Ninja AF101 are among the easiest to see and use, respectively, earning high ratings in our assessments. Cleaning the inside and outside is fairly simple and the measured capacity of this model is just about average at 3 quarts. Bear in mind that this model runs on the noisy side, with the fan as loud as a countertop microwave.

This Ninja air fryer has two baskets—each can be removed on its own, which allows you to cook two different things at separate temperatures and cook times simultaneously (think fries and chicken nuggets). Its total measured capacity is 6 quarts. In our tests, it was very easy to use and clean, and while it’s a little on the noisy side, it’s not the loudest of the models we’ve tested. It has six cook functions—air fry, air broil, roast, bake, reheat, and dehydrate—and pre-programmed settings for cooking specific foods. It comes with a one-year warranty.

The Instant Vortex Slim air fryer is an all-around strong performer, with intuitive controls and quiet operation—and we found it pretty easy to clean, too. At 11 inches in width and 12 inches in height, it won’t be overly obtrusive on your countertop, though it is fairly deep (18 inches). It has a measured capacity of 4.9 quarts, five cooking modes (air fry, broil, bake, roast, and reheat), and one-touch programs to cook a range of foods, including wings, vegetables, potatoes, cookies, and more. It comes with a 1-year warranty.

The Instant Vortex 4 Plus Air Fryer 4QT is a standout for the legibility of its digital controls, relatively low noise levels, and ease of cleaning. What’s more, its square basket design makes it easy to fit in a small pyrex dish or baking pan—great for turning out sw

The generously sized Breville Smart Oven Air Convection BOV900BSSUSC takes countertop cooking to a whole new level with designated options for air frying, roasting, dehydrating, and slow cooking. (We’ve tried them all).  It’s so intuitive, you can even put it on cookie mode to get the perfect bake on a sugar cookie, or pizza mode for a fantastic crust on a margherita pizza. As a brand, Breville toaster ovens earn top marks for owner satisfaction.

The Keurig K-Mini Plus, which typically costs $90, is actually at the lowest price we’ve ever seen and it’s only available at this price at Target right now. It is a great little Keurig brewer that’s ideal for small kitchens with limited counter space. In our tests, it receives strong scores for temperature and size consistency between cups, as well as how easy it is to use and clean. It features a removable reservoir, a height-adjustable drip tray, and auto-shutoff.

For the price, you can’t go wrong with the top-performing midsized Panasonic NN-SN67HS microwave. Its speed of heating and defrosting evenness both notch top ratings in CR’s tests. It also evenly heats food, and our testers say it’s easy to operate. It’s a bit noisy when running on high, but typically you run your microwave in such short bursts that it might not bother you.

    SodaStream Terra Sparkling Water Maker

The Target-exclusive deal for this soda maker is $10 more than the best price we’ve ever seen. We found the highly rated SodaStream Terra’s “quick connect” snap-on mounting for CO₂ cartridges easier to use than the older, screw-in setups of other SodaStream models. (The new, pink cartridges you’ll need for this unit cost the same and can carbonate the same volume as the older cartridges.) The Terra needs no electricity to work. This package includes one pink CO₂ cartridge and one carbonating bottle.

    Apple Products

The 8.3-inch iPad Mini has a bright, sharp display with a large viewing angle, meaning you don’t need to hold it dead center in front of your face to see it clearly. The new A15 Bionic chip is blazing fast, so web browsing and watching movies seem smooth and stutter-free. The battery life is impressive, too. Other updates include a USB-C port and upgraded cameras. The smaller size and lighter weight make the tablet easier to hold for extended periods.

The third-gen Airpods are a great option for Apple fans who don’t like to fit or look of the Pros and don’t need noise cancellation. Plus, they cost substantially less than the Pros, which doesn’t hurt. (The Pros are currently on sale at Walmart for $169, down from $249.) CR does recommend springing for the Pros, as they sound and fit better and come with noise-cancelation. But if you’d really rather save the $30, this is a great option.

Another, even more affordable option is the second-gen. Airpods, which are under $100 at Target right now. You’ll lose sound quality compared to the third-gen model above, but at nearly half the price, that may be worth it if you simply want Airpods for less.

    Vacuums

The Shark AI Ultra RV2610WA, now $100 less than during the last Target Circle Week, uses AI-powered navigational smarts to cover rooms efficiently, and while it rates among the best for picking up pet hair and cleaning bare floors in our tests, it’s only average at sucking dirt from carpet and cleaning edges, with a tendency to scatter debris. It has a pretty small dirt bin, but you won’t have to empty it much—the self-emptying base minimizes your trash pickup duties. This robot vacuum is also on the bulkier side and may have trouble sliding under some furniture. Shark’s robot vacuums are the only ones that score the highest possible rating for predicted reliability based on CR member surveys, though owners aren’t overly satisfied with them.

This isn’t a terrible price, but it was $399.99 at Target last week.

This bagless Shark is one of the cheapest models we’ve tested, but it’s also one of the best. It has a 25-foot cord and weighs about 14 pounds. It receives an equally excellent rating in our carpet and bare floor tests, and a very good score for removing pet hair. In our member survey, Shark earned very good marks for predicted reliability and excellent ratings for owner satisfaction.

This is a nice price; however, it was $10 less during the last Target Circle Week sale.

    Streaming Devices

The Roku Express 4K+ replaced the Roku Premiere in the company’s lineup. Like that model, it’s a small set-top box that offers 4K picture quality, plus support for both HDR10 and HDR10+ high dynamic range formats, though not Dolby Vision, which is found in some pricier models. The included WiFi voice remote control has TV controls that let you turn the TV on, adjust the set’s volume, and use Roku Voice to launch channels, search for content, and control streaming services.

Situated right below the Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ model, the Roku Streaming Stick 4K has most of the same features—including improved WiFi, support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision HDR, and the ability to work with Amazon Alexa, Apple AirPlay, and Google Assistant voice assistant—but not the new rechargeable Voice Remote Pro remote control. Instead, you get a standard Roku voice remote, which lacks the hands-free operation, a headphone jack for private listening, and a lost-remote finder feature found on the Voice Remote Pro.

    Air Purifiers

The portable Blue Pure 211i Max features an indicator light to alert you when you need to change or clean the filter. It also has a dirt sensor and four speeds. On its higher setting, it’s terrific at removing dust, pollen, and smoke, but expect a bit of noise. Try it on low and you’ll have more quiet while still experiencing top-notch results. This model is designed for use in a large space of 350 to 650 square feet and costs about $109 a year to maintain—just more than half that of the Pure 211+. It also weighs just 17 pounds, making it easy to move around. CR members found Blueair air purifiers highly reliable and were quite satisfied with their purchase.
