    About

What we liked: Length varied with weight level – compact at lighter weight – and dumbbells were comfortable on thighs during some bench exercises. Good hand grip. But: Arrived with small pieces broken off alignment guides, but the loss of those did not affect usage. Requires individually setting each side of the dumbbell. Not good for progressing in small steps due to its minimum weight change of 10 pound. Requires individually setting each side of the dumbbell, and can be misadjusted to be unbalanced.
