    What we liked: We like the small adjustments available, and that the dumbbell is shorter at lighter weights. Good hand grip, and comfortable when resting on thighs during some bench exercises. But: Requires individually setting each side of the dumbbell, using two or four adjustments per dumbbell, and can be misadjusted to be unbalanced. Can be harder to replace weights into cradle on some settings, and the available step changes to weight are not consistent for the entire range of weights.
