    What we liked: Each dumbbell is automatically balanced because of the easy, one-handed adjustment by simply twisting the handle. Good hand grip, and the dumbbell is shorter at lighter weights. But: Dumbbells can be harder to replace into cradle on some settings, and at heavier settings, dumbbell didn't come out of its cradle without holding the cradle down.
