    About

What we liked: Good hand grip, with lots of weights in the lower ranges which is good for those toning or beginning to use dumbbells. But: Can be uncomfortable when resting heavy dumbbells on thighs during bench exercises. Length of the dumbbell is the same for all weights and can impact range of motion on some bench exercises, and the step changes to weight are not consistent for the entire range of weights. Can be harder to replace weights into cradle on some settings, and can be harder to control due to weights being located further out along handle. Requires individually setting each side of the dumbbell, and can be misadjusted to be unbalanced.
