Main theme: The 2018 LA Auto Show.

Our panel comes away impressed with the number of appealing new vehicle debuts, noticing a David and Goliath theme: lots of small, efficient new models up against several bigger SUVs and even a Jeep pickup truck.

Filmed right on the show floor, our experts discuss the new small cars, including the Kia Soul and Soul EV, the Mazda3, and the Toyota Prius AWD and all-new Corolla.

Next, we move on to some new three-row SUVs, the Hyundai Palisade and Lincoln Aviator; the two-row Honda Passport; and the all-new Jeep Gladiator pickup.

The panel also discusses the new Audi E-Tron GT Concept, BMW 3 Series, and redesigned Porsche 911
