    Vice President, Chief Experience Officer

    Yana Bulva is an innovative executive with decades of experience creating products, services and digital journeys that meet customers’ needs and serve organizations’ goals. As Chief Experience Officer at Consumer Reports, Yana oversees product, user experience and digital content strategy.

    Yana joined CR from Catapult Sports, where she worked with elite sports teams around the world to translate customer needs, insights, and market trends into new products and experiences. Previously, Yana held product and marketing leadership roles at American Express and Amazon’s subsidiary, Audible. Earlier in her career, Yana also co-founded a tech startup focused on a platform licensing model to serve the professional development needs of artists at art schools and institutions.

    Yana received a BS in Finance and an MBA in Marketing at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
